This is the option most will be used to. When a spot in a class with a waitlist becomes free, the client who joined the waitlist first will be automatically placed in the spot.

Offer mode

The offer waitlist mode avoids a common downfall of automatic waitlists of the automatically booked client no-showing the class. By offering the spot to all clients on the waitlist and giving it to the first to respond to the notification, there’s no excuse not to attend.

Manual mode
