Clovo Kiosk runs two modes out of the one device. Check-in mode scans a member’s self check-in QR code and marks them attended across every booking for the day. Overview mode turns the same screen into a guided tour of your classes, trainers, memberships, packs, Member Shop and weekly schedule — a sales tool for walk-ins and staff alike.

One scan checks them into every class
Members open their self check-in pass in the Clovo app and present the QR code to the kiosk. The device reads it and automatically marks them attended across every eligible booking at the current studio for that day. One scan. Every class. The Clovo app even prompts members to open their pass the moment they land on the account screen on a day they’re booked.
Clear result cards after every scan
Every scan produces a clear result card so staff know exactly what happened: Checked in, Already checked in, Check-in partly complete, or Check-in failed. The card lists the specific classes affected — so if a booking couldn’t be processed, the team can sort it on the spot instead of discovering it in a report hours later.
A live view of today’s studio
Alongside the scan camera, the kiosk shows today’s upcoming classes and a few fun running stats. Multi-studio owners can switch the location filter so the live class list always matches the right roster. The scan pass itself still applies to every eligible booking for today at the current studio — the filter only changes what’s displayed.
A digital showroom for walk-ins
Overview turns Clovo Kiosk into a sales tool. When someone walks in curious — between classes, while staff are mid-conversation — they can explore everything the studio offers on their own.

Once the device is in Self-serve Kiosk mode, there’s no way out without authentication. Clients cannot tap their way into admin features, staff accounts or settings. The iPad is a kiosk and nothing else — so you can leave it on the wall during class and walk away.
