Do members get a separate app for each studio?
No. Members download Clovo and select your studio to see your branding, classes and memberships inside the app. They can use Clovo for other studios they belong to as well. Custom app icons and separate App Store and Google Play listings are available only through enterprise whitelabelling.
Are the apps native iOS and Android?
Yes. Clovo is available as a native iPhone app and a native Android app through the standard app stores.
What can clients do in the app?
Clients can browse schedules, book classes, buy offers and memberships, manage payment methods, join waitlists and update their own bookings.
Are payments processed inside the app?
Yes. Secure in-app payments are processed through Stripe, with support for cards and BECS direct debit for recurring memberships.
Can clients book without downloading the app?
Yes. Clients can browse your timetable, sign in and book or make purchases through your studio’s Clovo landing page in a browser. Their account and purchases stay connected across Clovo. Explore browser-based bookings with Clovo landing pages.
