Class Plans: prepare once, teach with confidence
A thoughtful class starts before anyone steps onto the mat or reformer. There is a flow to shape, equipment to prepare and a few details that make the session feel like yours.
Class Plans bring that preparation into Clovo. Build a reusable plan, attach it to your classes and give your instructors a clear running order to teach from. Your studio’s approach is easier to share, whether the familiar instructor is leading or someone is covering at short notice.
Keep the detail that makes the class
A list of movements is only part of a good handover. The setup, a useful cue or an alternative for a movement can matter just as much.
With a Pilates plan, organise your flow into sections and keep timings, reps, sides, springs or props, cues and modifications alongside each step. For strength sessions, a training plan brings the exercise order together with sets, reps, weight, rest and coaching notes.
It gives your team more of the thinking behind the session, so the experience does not depend on a hurried conversation before class.
Make consistency easier, with room to adapt
Set a plan as the default for a recurring schedule, then choose a different plan for an individual class when you want to change the focus. The regular session has a dependable starting point, while a special class can have its own direction.
Build on the sessions that work. Duplicate a plan to create a variation, keeping the original ready for the classes that still use it. When you edit the original instead, those changes apply wherever it is used, helping the team stay aligned.
Support the instructor in the room
While teaching, instructors can follow the current step, see what comes next and move through the plan at their own pace. Timings guide the session; the instructor stays in control of when to move on.
Plans are private to your studio team and are never shown to clients. Across the Clovo platform, they connect preparation with the class itself, giving instructors useful context while leaving room for their judgement and attention to the people in front of them.
Start with a class you know well
Choose a session you already enjoy teaching. Capture its flow and the details you would want a covering instructor to know, then assign it to a class. That first plan becomes a useful foundation for the next one.
