Clovo, connected to Discord.

Send the staff alerts you choose to your team’s Discord channel.

Example Clovo staff alerts in Discord: a connection test, a new enquiry and a new purchase.

Something happens in your studio. The whole team sees it.

Enquiry, booking and purchase alerts include an Open in Clovo link, so your team can follow up.

Common questions

Good to know before you connect.

Who can connect this integration?

Studio owners can connect the channel, change alert choices, send a test alert and disconnect.

Who can see the alerts?

Everyone with access to the channel. Alerts can include client names and enquiry excerpts, so choose a channel whose members should see that information.

Which alerts can we send?

Choose from your Clovo staff alerts, including Leads, Bookings, Cancellations, Purchase made, Trial started and Payment Failed.

Will this change personal email and push alerts?

No. Every chat channel has its own alert choices, separate from each staff member’s email and push preferences.

Can I connect with a webhook link?

Yes. Choose Use a webhook link instead in Clovo. In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook for the channel and copy its URL.

What happens when I disconnect?

Disconnect deletes the saved webhook from Discord and removes the Clovo connection. Other services using the same webhook link will also stop posting. If removal fails, the connection stays saved so you can retry.
