Common questions

Good to know before you connect.

When does measurement begin?

Only after you save the provider ID, publish your studio privacy policy and the visitor accepts optional cookies.

Does this include activity in the Clovo apps?

No. These settings apply to Clovo landing pages and actions completed through them. They do not measure activity in the Clovo apps or on your own website.

Can visitors still book if they reject cookies?

Yes. Reject optional cookies keeps optional tracking off while visitors can still browse and book.

Why might reports show fewer actions than Clovo?

Visitors who reject optional cookies are not included. Browser privacy settings and blockers can also prevent measurement.

Can I paste a Google Tag Manager container?

No. Google tag ID accepts IDs beginning G-, GT- or AW-. GTM- containers and pasted installation scripts are not supported.
