Clovo, connected to Microsoft Teams.

Send the staff alerts you choose to your team’s Microsoft Teams channel.

Example Clovo staff alerts in Microsoft Teams: a connection test, a new enquiry and a new purchase.

Common questions

Good to know before you connect.

Who can connect this integration?

Studio owners can connect the channel, change alert choices, send a test alert and disconnect.

Who can see the alerts?

Everyone with access to the channel. Alerts can include client names and enquiry excerpts, so choose a channel whose members should see that information.

Which alerts can we send?

Choose from your Clovo staff alerts, including Leads, Bookings, Cancellations, Purchase made, Trial started and Payment Failed.

Will this change personal email and push alerts?

No. Every chat channel has its own alert choices, separate from each staff member’s email and push preferences.

Can I use an old Office connector URL?

No. Use the Power Platform webhook URL created by a Teams workflow. Legacy Office connector URLs are not supported.

How do I stop alerts?

Switch every staff alert off and save to pause. Disconnect removes the saved connection from Clovo. Manage or remove the workflow separately in Teams.
